If you ever forget or lose your password for the Multicraft Control Panel, or you just want to change it, you can do so very easily within the Client Area, without having to contact support. Here’s what to do.
You will first need to log in to your account. In the Client Area select “Services” in the navigation bar and then select “My Services”.
Find the service you want to change the Multicraft password for and click on that service.
On the left sidebar on this page and you will be able to see the "Change Password" fields.
You have successfully updated your Multicraft password. Now you can go Multicraft and log in with your new password.
